By participating in The Only Group loyalty card scheme, cardholders agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Card Issuance & Validity
- All promotional offers are valid strictly on the condition that they were officially issued with a genuine loyalty card from The Only Group.
- No Card, No Offer: Cardholders must present a valid physical loyalty card at the point of purchase to claim any associated discount, offer, or reward. Digital copies or photographs of the card will not be accepted.

- All offers, rewards, and card redemptions are strictly for one-time use only.

Vendor-Specific Rules
- For transactions at Direct Pizza, Jennys Cafe, and Golden Scissors Barbers, the physical loyalty card must be handed in to staff at the time of redemption to claim the offer. Once handed in, the card will be retained by the business and cannot be reused.
